Dear Iain,

On behalf of Lisa Sikorski and the Partners and staff of the firm, we wish to thank you for your prompt and well organised response to our request for signage and "frosting" of the glass partitions on the office.

The installation was performed promptly, efficiently and your colleagues were polite and well organised and finished the job with a minimum of fuss.

The total effect is to drag our office forty years forward into the 21st Century and we are all delighted in the result and attach a copy photograph of the front of the office which is now light years away from where it was.
